The monitoring center CEMI in cooperation with the Center for civic education CCE, supported by the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany, has organized a press conference “Only knowledge brings position”. The press conference has been held on the 15th of March, 2010, at the Hotel Podgorica, where was presented the study "Policy for fighting against corruption in education - effects of the current policies and recommendations for adopting new ones".
